ロシアのカザン大学からの二重学位プログラム学生のRenas君がグループメンバーのために機械学習に関する入門編セミナーをしてくれました。初心者の私達にも分かるようにとても簡単な例を用いて説明してくれました。ありがとうございました。Renas君は将来はデータ科学者になりたいと考えている大学院生で、カザン大学では宇宙物理の研究室でデータ解析を行っています。また最近ではSamsungが提供する無料のウェブコースを利用して画像認識の手法も習得し、走査トンネル顕微鏡の研究でいつも問題になる二重探針の画像診断に取り組んでくれています。来週はニューラルネットワークまだ話を広げて第二弾のセミナーをしてくれるそうです。皆さん、良く復習して来週のセミナーに備えましょう！

Renas, a master student in the double degree program between Kanazawa University and Kazan Federal University (KFU), gave an introductory seminar on Machine Learning for our group members. He wants to be a date scientist in the future and currently work on data analysis of astrophysics experimental data in the astrophysics laboratory in KFU. Recently, he also learned computer vision through a free internet course provided by Samsung, and started working on the development of double-tip STM image recognition. He will present another seminar on neural network next week. Let’s review today’s seminar again and prepare for the next seminar!
