市販されている真空チャンバー用のLEDライトがあまりに暴利を貪ってるので、機械出身の小林君にLEDライトのホルダーをデザインしてもらい、牧野君に仕上げてもらって大学の工作室で作ってもらいました。アマゾンで買った一個100円くらいのLEDライトとUSBの延長ケーブルで作ってます。市販品が一個8000ー10000円するので三分の一程度の値段で作れます。図面もありますので、ご入用の方はダウンロード下さい。デザインの改良案がありましたら、教えて下さると幸いです。

Since a LED light for UHV chambers which is commercially available is too expensive to us, we asked Kobayashi-kun who graduated the mechanical engineering department to design the LED light holder and Makino-kun to finalize it. They quickly designed and discussed with technicians in the university mechanical workshop and finally made it. We used a cheap LED light and USB extension cable for this. The commercial one is about 10,000 Japanese yen, so we can make ours in ⅓ of the price. We are happy to share the design. If you want it, please download from the link below.
